My research centers around boundary management, subjective well-being, and coaching/consulting.
Boundary management refers to how employees navigate the boundaries between their various life domains, including work and nonwork roles. In my research, I investigate how employees’ boundary management changes from day to day. I aim to uncover the factors influencing these fluctuations and their subsequent impacts.
Employee subjective well-being stands as a cornerstone of organizational success and societal progress. My research is dedicated to enhancing employee subjective well-being through applying positive psychological principles and interventions. I particularly focus on the empowering role of individual self-reflection.
In the realm of professional development, coaching and consulting represent distinct approaches. While coaching emphasizes collaborative processes geared towards facilitating growth, consulting offers expert guidance and strategic direction. In my research, I explore the intersecting domains of coaching and consulting, shedding light on their common ground.
